📚 Dashboard

Overview

• Redesigned the main Dashboard to bring key center information, items requiring review and frequently used actions together in one place;

📚 Messaging

Message Sound

• Added in-app notification sounds for regular messages, announcements, staff discussion comments and reactions where supported;

• For staff, sounds are muted while the relevant conversation or discussion is open. For parents, sounds are muted while the messenger is open on the same tab. Urgent messages continue to use their own sound;

• Staff and parents can preview the sound and choose which platforms and activities play it, independently of pop-up notification settings;

• Urgent messages and critical alerts retain their distinct sounds;

📚 AI Writing Assistance

• Added AI writing assistance for Journals, progress report notes, activity plans, lessons, emails and messages;

• Users can review suggestions, view changes, apply suggested wording, undo changes or try again before saving or sending;

• Journal personalization can create individual drafts for selected children using a shared note and optional child-specific highlights;

🛠️ Platform Optimizations & Bug Fixes

• Time Zones: Improved support for center-local IANA time zones across system services;

• Adjustment History: Preserved previous adjustment versions and updated the Supplemental Parent Fees report to show separate entries for each effective date ranges;

• Staff Schedule: Fixed gaps when applying 30- or 60-minute templates and restored early-morning and evening shifts. Corrected template total hours and aligned PDF category headers with the web schedule;

• Journal - Incident Reports: Added clearer instructions and examples, while preserving existing resolution text and the 1,000-character limit.
