Overview

  • Expanded Registration snapshot to show group capacity, current and pending enrolment, daily averages and weekday totals, with date filters and horizontal scrolling;

Overview

  • Added download options to Merchant Invoice and Payment reports;

  • Added an SK Monthly Attendance report for Saskatchewan centers, with attendance, age categories, editable fees and PDF export;

Schedule

  • Cell actions now save automatically, making it easier to update breaks, flags and notes;

  • Added name search when selecting covering staff;

  • Added controls to hide and show header groups while preserving their schedule data;

  • Updated flag labels to “Flag” and “Flagged” and displayed full time ranges for schedule blocks;

  • Added select-all controls to each section of the student Sign In screen, with confirmation for larger selections;;

🛠️ Platform Optimizations & Bug Fixes

  • Dashboard: Fixed ratio warnings so rooms at capacity remain in ratio, improved the default landing page for administrators, and corrected Learning Plans counts to exclude groups without enrolment；

  • Staff Schedule: Improved column widths, date-picker indicators, header management and cell editing, and fixed unexpected navigation during horizontal scrolling;

  • Attendance: Fixed approved time edits to keep attendance logs and Payroll totals consistent;

  • Messaging and Calendar: Improved separation of staff and parent messaging and reminders when accounts share an email address;

  • Notification Settings: Fixed saving administrator push preferences and clarified message notification options;

  • Message Sounds: Prevented duplicate sounds when the mobile app is in the background while preserving foreground and urgent-message sounds;

  • Medication Dashboard: Improved card readability, made signed-out children easier to identify and clarified medication outcome labels;

  • Reports and Finance: Corrected Illness Records exports, Live Roll Call times, Processed-page dates and invoice display, and improved ledger and memo layouts;

  • Admissions: Fixed archiving inquiries after family deletion and removing tour records after registration;

  • Mobile Experience: Improved Android keyboard visibility and app startup, and restored the selected-module highlight in the administrator sidebar;

  • Time Zones: Improved center-local time handling across the system.
